Emotions are part of the foundation of the human character. Emotions help us to experience life, whether positively or negatively. We provide a forum where you can learn to understand your emotions to help you face all challenges of life.
The Importance of Human Connection
Contrary to most beliefs, humans do need each other to survive in this present reality. This does not mean that you will, or must, connect with every person. However, it does mean that there is someone who cares, understands, and supports you on the level of your needs.
Learning to Cope
We all experience a range of emotions, tragedies, set-backs, failures, uncertainties, and more, which can make us feel overwhelmed. This, in turn, can make us feel that we are all alone. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Join us as we learn to cope with life's struggles together.
